My paperwork has an older SOP number. What now?

CHFS reorganized the manual. A number without a chapter prefix can refer to an older procedure. Do not simply add “C” to it: an old number may move, split, or be archived. This tool recognizes selected mappings from the official cross-reference, labels them as historical, and links the current entry when available.
